1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and rd77 ("rd77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rd77 online gaming platform accessible at rd77.ws and all associated services. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

• You are not a previously excluded player and your account has not previously been closed by rd77 for a breach of these Terms.

rd77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances pending verification.

3Account Management and Security

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one rd77 account. If rd77 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, email address, device identifier, IP address or payment method — all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice. Any bonuses, free spins, cashback or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided and any deposits held pending investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of the review.

Login Credentials and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your rd77 account password and any security credentials strictly confidential. rd77 strongly advises players to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used for any other service.
• Never share login credentials with any third party, including family members.

Accurate Information Requirement

Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth, name, mobile number or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

Deposits

Deposits to your rd77 account are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. rd77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. All deposited funds must be used for gaming activity on the platform. rd77 does not accept deposits for the purpose of currency exchange or funds storage.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your rd77 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification may include identity confirmation via government-issued ID or NID.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible.

Fraud Prevention and Financial Monitoring

rd77 actively monitors all account transactions for signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, structuring or other financial crime. Where suspicious activity is identified, rd77 reserves the right to freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by rd77 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash. They must be converted to real money through wagering activity.
• The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. Standard welcome bonuses carry a rollover requirement stated in the promotion terms.
• rd77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player account.
• Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

rd77 monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account claiming. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, rd77 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove any associated winnings and close the account.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on rd77 are supplied by third-party certified gaming providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

RNG Certification and Game Integrity

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rd77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rd77 reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found engaging in such conduct and to forfeit all funds therein:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting event, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting patterns in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a game to derive financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support immediately and may be voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment, including any form of money transfer, currency exchange or commercial activity.

Any suspected violation of these prohibitions will be investigated thoroughly. During any investigation rd77 may place a temporary hold on account activity. rd77's determination following a fair investigation is final and binding.

8Responsible Gaming

Deposit and Loss Limits

Self-Exclusion

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rd77 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the player's own voluntary participation in real-money gaming, including losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond rd77's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events or third-party service provider failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the rd77 platform, even if rd77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit rd77's liability for death or personal injury caused by rd77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10Privacy and Data Use

rd77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

rd77 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit prior consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as required to operate the platform securely and in compliance with applicable obligations.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your rd77 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, rd77 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified real-money funds to your registered payment method, provided no outstanding terms obligations remain unsatisfied. rd77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the resolution of any outstanding investigation.

Termination by rd77

rd77 reserves the right to terminate your account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) rd77 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory direction; (c) rd77 reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal or prohibited conduct associated with your account; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by rd77 for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances, free spins, pending promotions and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with fraudulent activity may be returned at rd77's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the effective date of termination.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact rd77 support in the first instance. rd77 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly, typically within 14 business days of receiving a complete complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through rd77's internal complaints process, players may seek resolution through independent dispute resolution channels. rd77's decision following completion of the internal complaints process represents the platform's final position. Neither party shall be required to submit to binding arbitration except as required by applicable law.

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in any respect, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
